Mr. Anderson defends clients in connection with investigations and examinations initiated by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Department of Justice (DOJ), Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), and other federal and state regulators. He also leads internal investigations for public company boards, audit committees, and special committees, addressing issues related to financial reporting, disclosure, and compliance. Mr. Anderson also maintains a strong regulatory counseling practice covering the full spectrum of securities laws and complex regulatory matters. He provides strategic guidance to public companies, senior executives, broker-dealers, financial services professionals, hedge funds, private equity funds, investment advisers, and digital asset issuers—helping them navigate the intricate and evolving regulatory landscape.

Recognition

In addition to law practice, Braeden served as an adjunct professor of business law at Monroe College in the Bronx, New York, and as the Chairman of the Corporate Law Section of the Metropolitan Black Bar Association.

Prior to entering law practice, Braeden played Division 1 college basketball for the Seton Hall Pirates, during which time his team won the Big East Conference Championship while he was attending law school.
