The practice is led by our founder, K. Braeden Anderson, whose career spans both elite athletics and high-stakes legal advocacy. Mr. Anderson is a former NCAA Division I basketball player and high school All-American, who also served as an assistant coach at Seton Hall University during his graduate studies. In 2016, as a college freshman, he made the final cut for the Canadian National Olympic Qualifying Team, serving on the reserve squad under the leadership of Steve Nash. With over 15 years of experience in the sports industry as a player, mentor, and advocate, he brings unmatched firsthand insight into the pressures and dynamics faced by athletes, executives, and institutions.
